Eden Bellow

I was diagnosed with a learning difference at age 6 and received specialized education for over a decade, which informs my compassionate and highly relatable style of working with folks who struggle with their own learning differences.

I traveled around Southeast Asia to study Buddhist philosophy as I pursued my BA in Holistic Psychology and worked toward my Reiki Master certification. 

I graduated with a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and have since earned my Clinical Social Work license. Worked in addiction and Employee Assistance. I got certified in AF- EMDR and approved as a “safe/non-oppressive” clinician by the Equitable Care Certification org.

  • I blend evidence-based clinical psychotherapy with time-tested holistic traditions. My approach is deeply personal, inclusive, and tailored to your unique identity, helping you calm the emotional chaos and build sustainable self-trust.

  • Unlike traditional EMDR, Attachment-Focused EMDR specifically targets early childhood wounds, neglect, or past relationship trauma trapped in the nervous system. By using bilateral stimulation (like tapping or guided eye movements), we safely reprocess these memories so they lose their painful grip on your present life.

  • Yes, absolutely. I provide a completely safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for all couples, whether you navigate alternative relationship structures (like open relationships or polyamory) or heteronormative dynamics. Beyond two people, I charge $50 for each additional person.

  • Finding the right therapist is deeply personal. I offer a complimentary, low-stakes 20-minute phone consultation with no commitment required. This gives us a chance to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see how we align.

  • Your privacy is my highest priority. All client communications, scheduling, and documentation are handled through a fully secure, modern, and HIPAA-compliant system to ensure total confidentiality. I do not enable or engage with AI services

  • The only insurance I take is United Health, Oscar, and Optum. Otherwise, I am out of network and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and we can discuss direct payment options during our initial consultation.
